The 24th National Conference on Child Abuse and Neglect (NCCAN) will take place April 1–3, 2025, in Rockville, Maryland. The conference will feature a variety of interactive learning and networking opportunities for professionals, researchers, policy makers, parents, youth with lived experience, volunteers representing a wide range of disciplines, and community-based providers. In addition, the 24th NCCAN brings people together for action-oriented dialogue around the theme of this year’s conference, Doing Things Differently: Believing in Communities.

Conference plenary sessions will be live streamed to a virtual audience. Registration is required to watch the plenary sessions virtually or attend in person. After the conference, videos of all plenary sessions will be publicly available on the NCCAN website for on-demand viewing. To help NCCAN planning committee plan for the number of anticipated on-site participants during the 24th NCCAN, they ask that you register for the event, regardless of whether you intend to watch the livestream or attend in person.

Prepare for the spring with a commitment to further developing your ability to positively engage men and boys in the prevention of gender-based violence. As a three-part online series offering 7 Continuing Education Credits, HMTI is an opportunity to engage in remote primary prevention training at an affordable fee.
