Jason Page | Senior Director of National Programs

Since 2010, Jason Page has been with MCSR leading the Youth Development Department. Locally, he facilitated Men of Strength Club (MOST Club) sessions in DCPS middle and high schools. Jason was also responsible for creating and implementing MOST Club Summer Camp Programming through DC Parks and Recreation, where youth ages 7 to 18 are being served at local recreation centers across the District of Columbia.  

Jason also coordinates and facilitates national trainings, workshops and played a lead role in the expansion of the national MOST Club locations. At the college level, he’s been instrumental in the growth of MOST Club programming on college campuses working with athletes and athletics departments, fraternities, residence life, Title IX departments, administrative staff and faculty. 

Currently, Jason is also the lead for MCSR in our federal work with the U.S. Department of Justice Office on Violence Against Women, assisting in how grantees plan and implement programming for men and boys in their communities.

Prior to joining MCSR, Jason held a position at the University of Maryland University College as a Graduate Student Advisor. While at the UMUC he advised incoming students on course selection in their selected graduate programs. In addition to advising, Jason coordinated outreach for prospective graduate students for enrollment.  

From the winter of 2008 until the fall of 2012, Jason served as a mentor in the Athletic Department for the University of Maryland College Park’s Intensive Learning Program (ILP) for the Football Team. He has provided academic support for student-athletes by facilitating study groups and helping students identify their particular learning strategies.

Jason held a position as a Youth Counselor at the Wesley College Boys & Girls Club while pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing at Wesley College in Dover, DE. During his time there, he helped develop social programs focusing on drug and alcohol prevention and planned community outreach activities that promoted safe environments for the youth and their families in Dover.

greerlin thomas | Senior ProgramS Manager

Greerlin Thomas is the Senior Program Manager for MCSR’s Training and Technical Assistance Department. Greerlin is an alumni of MCSR's Men of Strength Club and a native Washingtonian. He has been affiliated with the organization for over a decade collaborating with the organization in various ways such as facilitating MOST Clubs, conducting workshops and trainings across the nation and developing new trainings and curriculum sessions for the organization. They graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature in 2011 and a Master's in Literature from American University in 2018.

JOSHUA BAILEY | COMMUNITY EDUCATION Manager

Joshua Bailey is the Community Education Manager for MCSR’s Community Education Department. In his role, Josh is responsible for providing training and technical assistance to community-based organizations, school districts, and both city and federal government agencies within the District of Columbia and nationally.  

Josh is a native Washingtonian, alum of Frank W. Ballou Senior High School, and a veteran of MCSR's Men of Strength Club. Josh first joined MCSR as an intern in 2013 and has now been affiliated with the organization for almost a decade, collaborating with MCSR in various ways such as facilitating MOST Clubs, conducting workshops and trainings, and speaking at conferences across the country.  

Josh studied Psychology at the University of the District of Columbia. In his spare time, Josh can be found grilling, playing drums and spending time with his family and friends.

 ANJOSANLYNN FULGHAM | Youth Development Manager

AnJosanlynn Fulgham is a WISE Club Facilitator for local and national trainings, WISE Club weekly sessions at DCPS high schools, and workshops at community events.

AnJosanlynn is from Jackson, Mississippi, and spent her formative years growing up in Prince George’s County, Maryland. She is a graduate of Delaware State University, where she was also served as the 60th Miss Delaware State University. After serving with AmeriCorps for two years, AnJosanlynn chose to employ the skills she gained through program development, child intervention, and sexual assault advocacy to help further the mission of MCSR.

TRAVIS GOLDRING | MEN OF STRENGTH CLUB FACILITATOR

Travis Goldring facilitates Men of Strength (MOST) Clubs for MCSR’s local high school partners. 

Travis is himself a product of District of Columbia Public Schools and a graduate of the only Historically Black College or University in South Florida, Florida Memorial University, where he graduated with his Bachelor’s in Aeronautical Science with a concentration in air traffic control. While studying, Travis also served as a member of the Collegiate 100 chapter of the 100 Black Men, Inc. in the organization, he participated in programmatic initiatives that support the development of social, emotional, and educational learning of young people who needed positive role models in the inner communities of Miami Gardens. 

After graduating and moving back to the same area that helped raise him, Travis became a third-grade schoolteacher serving kids in Ward 7 and Ward 8. Today, Travis continues his commitment to working with students by creating positive environments in service of MCSR’s mission.

Emille Thompson | AdminisTRATIVE Assistant

Emille Thompson is a highly organized and efficient Office Manager with a robust educational background with bachelor's degrees in both criminal justice and legal studies, complemented by a recent paralegal certification. Born in Washington DC but raised in Jersey, she came back home in 2010 to be closer to family. Emille brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in legal processes, administrative management, and office operations. With a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills, she ensures the smooth and efficient running of the office, supporting the team with administrative tasks and contributing to the overall success of MCSR.

In her free time, Emille enjoys spending time with her son, going to the museums and listening to music.

HERBERT STREET | MEN OF STRENGTH CLUB FACILITATOR

An alumnus of the Men of Strength (MOST) Club at Frank W. Ballou Senior High School, Herbert Street now facilitates MOST Clubs for MCSR’s local high school partners. Following his graduation from Ballou Senior High School, Herbert embarked on a journey of higher education and attended Norfolk State University, an esteemed Historically Black College. There, he obtained a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies. During his time at Norfolk State, Herbert's dedication to community development and empowering young minds became evident. As part of the team at Reach Incorporated, a nonprofit organization focused on improving youth reading comprehension levels, Herbert worked closely with students to provide them with invaluable guidance and support in developing essential reading skills.

After graduating and moving back to the city that helped raise him, Herbert continues his commitment to working with students by creating positive environments in service of MCSR’s mission.

Pamela Pugh | Women Inspiring StrenGth and EMpowerment ClUB Facilitator

Pamela Pugh facilitates Women Inspiring Strength and Empowerment (WISE) Clubs for MCSR’s local high school partners. Pamela is originally from Tennessee and a new D.C. resident. She is a graduate of the University of Memphis, where she studied psychology and child development, and is currently working on her master's at Tennessee State University in the School Counseling program. A former facilitator at Job Corps and academic advisor at College Living Experience, Pamela aims to harness her passion for guiding youth at MCSR, as she believes adults can raise a more empathic generation for their future and build a better society.  

Pamela enjoys exploring her surroundings, whether it’s spending time outdoors or trying new restaurants and museums. She also values personal time, such as being inside playing games or browsing on her computer.
